Which data elements are available in these services?
With weekly and monthly prescriptions (NPA Plus, NPA Plus 7), users can access both new and total prescriptions. With IMS National Sales Perspectives, users can review total sales dollars.
How frequently is investigator.web updated?
investigator.web is updated at the same time that the sales and prescription databases are updated. During the weekly refresh update, that service would be available to the user at 7:00 a.m. on Monday.
Must users subscribe to the Market Research services in order to use investigator. web?
For those clients who purchase the prescription and sales services, access to investigator.web is an option. For those customers who do not subscribe, a variety of pricing options are available.
Does investigator.web replace Dataview?
investigator.web is an additional data access option not a replacement. It differs from Dataview in three significant ways:
