Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to my resume after I submit it online?

Your resume will be included in our talent management system. If you posted for a particular job, your resume will be reviewed by a recruiter to determine if your background is a match for the position. If you posted your resume but did not apply for a particular job, your resume will simply be added to the general tracking system. For future job openings, IMS HEALTH recruiters will be able to search for and locate your resume if your background matches their job requirements.

Can I fax my resume?

The preferred method of resume submission is to submit your resume online.

How does the interview process work?

There are generally one to two rounds of interviews in total. For the most part, as a first round candidate you will interview with the recruiter and the hiring manager. Second round interviews generally provide you with an opportunity to meet with more senior mangers or potentially one or more of the members of the team you would be joining. The interviews are a dialogue where you can ask questions and learn as much about the group and IMS as we learn about you.
