These strategic relationships enable us to better address evolving client needs through a deeper understanding of today’s pharmaceutical landscape - for example, physicians’ expanding use of the Internet and the impact of e-prescribing in the marketplace. In some cases, clients engage specialty contractors to manipulate or analyze the information they purchase from IMS.  In the U.S., these outside contractors are required to sign an IMS Third-Party Access (TPA) Agreement to protect the integrity of IMS’s proprietary information resources.  To learn more about the U.S. TPA process, please contact the Alliance Program, at allianceprogram@us.imshealth.com.
