Since joining IMS P&R in September of 2007, Tom has acquired experience in several therapeutic areas including:

He has worked on many different project types, including:
- Optimization of P&R strategy for phase III and phase II products
- Formulation of generic mitigation strategies
- P&R implications of the evolving health technology assessment (HTA) environment
- Developing an understanding of the future landscape for several therapeutic areas
- Value message testing
Most of Tom’s projects have included in-depth analyses including but not limited to France, Germany, UK, Italy, Spain and the US.
Before Joining IMS P&R
Tom has experience with the diagnostics industry, having worked in both the United Kingdom and Australia. Most recently, he was a Business Development Officer at ARL Pathology where he developed a solid understanding of health systems. The majority of his time was spent in the management of exist client management and formation of strategic alliances within the national and regional diagnostics sector. Tom also has experience in European, Australian and the US healthcare systems, and has worked on pan-European health policy initiatives for the European Observatory at the Centre for Health Management in the UK.
