Your biggest resource at IMS P&R is your fellow co-workers. As an IMS P&R employee, you will be in an open plan office, with access to all of your colleagues, including IMS P&R’s senior management. Mentors are often sought out for advice and expertise on specific therapy areas, consulting methodologies and/or career development in an informal as well as formal capacity.
