Development Coaching

IMS P&R employees work on a variety of projects with anumber of different managers. Therefore, no one in P&R has a traditional “line-manager”; instead, they have a Development Coach. Every IMS P&R employee selects a Development Coach within a month of beginning work. Development Coaches are typically at least two positions senior to their coachees. Your Development Coach will serve as your professional guide throughout your career at IMS P&R, though as a coachee it is your responsibility to dictate the terms of this mentoring relationship.

Whilst you are treated as a self-sufficient employee, your Development Coach can serve as your personal gatekeeper in the office and will offer guidance during your tenure at IMS.
