360 Review

IMS P&R utilizes the 360° feedback evaluation method to ensure equal opportunity for all members of the IMS team to give and receive valuable feedback. In the 360° system, an employee receives both qualitative and quantitative feedback from all individuals with whom they worked on a project, no matter their title. All feedback is compiled anonymously and is included in semiannual reviews.

The 360° feedback system allow coworkers to provide accurate, unbiased assessments of your performance, and captures information from a wide range of sources to create a more complete picture of your project work and development.
