Under the IMS P&R model, consultants travel on an as-needed basis to client sites. Rather than travel under the common 4-day on-site consulting model, consultants are based, and spend the majority of their time, in their home office. Consultants have more flexibility to spend time within their home cities, without the burden and discomfort of constant travel.
