IMS P&R provides the opportunity for you to gain valuable experience working abroad. Open to top-performers in both the Cambridge and New York offices, the secondment program provides the opportunity to relocate and work in another IMS office for a period of 6-12 months.
Analysts, Consultants, and Senior Consultants are eligible for the program, which begins in the fall of each year. In the coming years, IMS plans to expand the secondment program to offices across the world, from the Asia Pacific region to Europe and the U.S.
The secondment program serves to reward and develop employees, while also developing international expertise and sharing knowledge across the whole of IMS.
