Consultants typically work in teams of 3-6 members comprised of Senior Principals, Engagement Managers, and Analysts in the P&R practice of IMS Consulting. As Consultants advance in their career, they manage increasingly complex projects. As a Consultant, you will:

Provide high quality leadership in the management of specialist projects in product and business strategies

Serve as the day-to-day manager for small and medium sized projects

Utilize strong analytical and communication skills to oversee the development of high impact proposals, reports, and presentations

Provide direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams
-
Direct consulting teams on subject matter issues through consistent participation in team meetings

Proactively identify Business Development opportunities and coordinate follow up efforts

Work independently or as part of a team, with responsibility for managing and developing the career and skills of staff members
Degree: BA/BSc; MA/MSc; PhD; MD; JD
Undergraduate or Masters degree in life sciences or economics/business or PhD in life sciences; Must have relevant work experience (with strong quantitative/analytical skills).
