Senior Consultants typically work in teams of 3-6 members comprised of Senior Principals, Consultants, and Analysts in the P&R practice of IMS Consulting. They face steep learning curves and quickly gain exposure, knowledge and experience. As Senior Consultants advance in their career, they may choose to specialize in a particular industry, practice area and/or client relationship. As a Senior Consultant, you will:

Provide high quality leadership in the management of specialist projects in product and business strategies

Coordinate aspects of Medium to Large global projects and client relationships

Utilize strong analytical and communication skills to oversee the development of high impact proposals, reports, and presentations

Provide direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams

Direct consulting teams on subject matter issues through consistent participation in team meetings

Proactively identify Business Development opportunities and coordinate follow up efforts

Work independently or as part of a team, with responsibility for managing and developing the career and skills of staff members
Degree: MBA; MPH
Professionals with relevant work experience (eg, in the health care and/or consulting industry) who possess an advanced degree from a leading school.
