Mr. Kalsekar has been associated with Pharmaceutical market research for over ten years and with strategic consulting for a year. He has a thorough knowledge of the pharma industry and has closely studied sales & marketing models adopted by many companies. His guidance and insights provided to the clients during their strategy workshops have been appreciated very well.
Mahesh is regularly invited at various industry forums, stockists associations and management institutions for delivering lectures. Some of the papers presented by him are ‘Future of Nutraceutical segment in India’, ‘Impact of changing distribution structure on current channel’ etc. He has handled specialised projects on Sales Force Effectiveness and developing marketing strategy including Portfolio optimisation.
After securing bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and gaining some experience on shop floor with Aventis, he did his Masters in Management Studies from Sydenham Institute of management, Mumbai. His project management skills were built in IMRB for over a year in pharma and real estate sector. He moved to ORG IMS (then ORG MARG) in 1996 and has been with this organisation since then.
