As a Principal in IMS Canada's consulting practice, Lynn works with clients to solve a wide range of sales and marketing business issues, and brings a wealth of experience in the development of innovative solutions for use in targeted segmentations.
Formerly with ZS Associates, Lynn's background in healthcare sales and marketing spans retail and specialty pharmaceuticals, medical devices and nutritive products. With a primary focus on sales force related decisions, she has developed particular expertise in determining optimal sales force size, structure, and deployment with added implementation experience in call planning and territory alignment.
Lynn graduated with distinction from the MBA programme at the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
