Nina Felton is UK Country Principal at IMS with particular expertise in sales and marketing effectiveness. Nina has been instrumental in spearheading the development of the sales force effectiveness offering at IMS and brings extensive experience in sales strategies, best practice segmentation, promotion management, resource optimisation, and new product launches within the context of both the primary and secondary healthcare sectors.
Nina's background includes nearly 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and senior marketing roles at Sanofi Aventis, Wyeth and Pfizer. For the last 10 years she has worked in the service sector, specialising in management consulting, marketing communications, and primary market research. She was formerly General Manager for PMSI in the UK, developing innovative profiling and segmentation methodologies and communication research capabilities.
Nina is regularly invited as a key guest speaker at major European and UK congresses and has published a number of articles on-value based consulting and maximising return on investment.
Nina has a degree in Biochemistry and is a qualified nutritionist.
