Pablo is a Senior Consultant at IMS Health, based in Spain with a particular focus on issues around sales force effectiveness. Since joining the company in 2003 he has worked with clients in leading pharmaceutical companies such as MSD, Lilly, Grünenthal and Almirall, developing methodologies for salesforce sizing, structure and resource allocation as well as segmentation and profiling of physicians within the context of the local situation.
Prior to joining IMS, Pablo was an Associate Consultant for BCG Spain in Madrid, working on strategic consulting projects covering portfolio optimization, CRM design and segmentation and profiling within the financial, consumer goods and assurance sectors.
Pablo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, with a specialization in Electronics from ICAI, Universidad de Comillas and he is currently studying Business Administration at the UNED. He is fluent in Spanish and English and has a working knowledge of French and German.
