Sophie is the Country Principal for IMS Health Benelux with responsibility for developing the consulting portfolio in this region and ensuring its alignment across the mid-size countries. Her team of consultants has worked on projects covering health economics analysis, advice on profiling, segmentation and profiling, sales resource optimization support, launch strategies, market analyses, and portfolio development issues around in-licensing, and promotion, performance and information management.
Prior to joining IMS Sophie worked as a consultant at Deloitte, leading major projects on health economic impact analyses, business process (re)engineering from strategic planning to implementation, performance management, change management, and regulatory government procedures. Her previous roles include experience as a Counsellor in the implementation of governance agreements. As a government negotiator she intervened in union actions and negotiated working agreements and their implementation.
Sophie holds a Masters Degree from the University of Ghent. She is fluent in Dutch, French, and English and has a working knowledge of German.
