Pablo is a Principal for the mid-size EMEA countries at IMS, with a particular focus on sales force effectiveness in the life sciences market. In this role he works with clients in leading pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, Roche, Sanofi-Aventis, Altana, Merck and GlaxoSmithKline, to improve their sales force operations. Over the course of the last 6 years he has led or participated in projects across 16 countries within the Americas, Europe and Africa.
Pablo's previous experience includes positions in business development and marketing for the textile, beverages and IT industries. Prior to joining IMS, Pablo was a Manager at the London office of ZS Associates where he was responsible for sales force strategy, sales force effectiveness, territory design, M&A, incentives and strategic planning projects.
Pablo holds an MBA from Cranfield University, UK, and a degree in aeronautical engineering. He is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
