Vincent Bildstein

Vincent BildsteinVincent is a Principal for the IMS Sales and Account Management practice and a specialist in pharmaceutical sales force effectiveness. He has ten years of consulting experience in this field, working with many of the top pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide. In his current role Vincent focuses on the French market, working closely with local pharmaceutical companies, challenging the status quo and traditional practices. He enables organisations to take a fresh look at aligning sales force productivity with demanding revenue growth objectives, through new applications of IMS and client-specific data.

Previously, Vincent held a variety of management consulting roles at ZS Associates in Paris, developing new segmentation and profiling methodologies for pharmaceutical clients. He also advised clients on how to manage their portfolios and optimize the value of their promotional resources with particular emphasis on sales force organization and sizing.

Vincent started his career as an internal auditor at L'Oréal in Paris, from where he moved to Rhône-Poulenc Rorer in Philadelphia as a corporate business intelligence analyst.

Vincent holds a strategic management degree from HEC business school in France.  He is fluent in French and English.
