This year's symposium, "Why does Medication Noncompliance Persist? The symposium was moderated by Jonothan Tierce, General Manager and Center of Excellence Leader, Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research, IMS Consulting; speakers include Joshua S. Benner, PharmD, ScD, Principal, IMS Health, Health Economics & Outcomes Research, and Richard A. Feifer, MD, MPH, Vice President of Program Development, Care Enhancing Solutions, Medco Health Solutions, Inc.
IMS also presented 30 posters covering subjects such as persistence and compliance, economic burden and cost effectiveness of treatment, as well as conducted three workshops, one issue panel and hosted an advisory board presentation with a Canadian HEOR specialist.
